MVLGROUP UK LTD.
MVLGROUP UK LTD is a private limited construction, demolition and maintenance contractor. Established in 2009 and registered in London, we have built a business around four specialist divisions that between them cover the entire life of a building project.
We start with strip out and demolition, put in the groundworks, build and fit out above ground, and hand the finished space over clean. Clients can appoint each division separately or use the group as a single point of responsibility from site clearance through to handover.
We work closely with our clients and their consultants, including project managers, surveyors, architects and designers, providing a thorough estimating service supported by a dedicated commercial team.

Quality
We take the pursuit of quality seriously and operate an ISO 9001-aligned quality management system. Procedures are monitored internally and audited externally so that clients and their consultants can be confident MVLGROUP will deliver a quality project on time and within budget.
Health & Safety
All our staff are fully conversant with the CDM regulations. We maintain stringent systems for method statements and risk assessments, and on site we run strict inductions, daily briefings and regular toolbox talks. We are CHAS and Constructionline accredited.
Environmental
We place a high priority on environmental performance across all company operations. We divert over 95% of site waste from landfill, segregate arisings on site, and operate a policy of continual improvement in line with developing legislation and Environment Agency guidance.
Project Management
Our project management team liaises closely with clients and their consultants, continuously monitoring and assessing contracts on site so that objectives and expectations are met from inception to completion, satisfying time, cost and quality parameters.
In-house Delivery
We have our own directly employed site teams and plant, supplemented when required by specialist approved sub-contractors. Within strict controls, our client-focused project teams can easily control and monitor all site activity.
Design Development
Our staff are supported by current CAD and BIM technology, enabling our design development and project management staff to communicate professionally and accurately with client project teams throughout the contract.
