Adoptable estate roads and a new highway junction requiring Section 278 approval while plots were being marketed and visited.
Our Approach
Drainage, ducting and sub-base were installed in sections so each plot retained access, with highways inspections booked against a rolling programme.
The Outcome
Section 278 works signed off first time by the highways authority.
