The Challenge
A derelict brick and steel print works bounded on two sides by occupied properties, with legacy asbestos and unrecorded basement structures.
Our Approach
A licensed asbestos removal phase preceded high-reach machine demolition with continuous dust suppression, followed by crushing of arisings for reuse as site fill.
The Outcome
Site cleared and levelled ready for piling, with 8,000 tonnes of crushed material retained on site.
