Four floors of refurbishment above a fully occupied ground floor, with a shared goods lift and strict city-centre delivery restrictions.
Our Approach
Works were sequenced floor by floor with out-of-hours deliveries, dust-tight screens at every core entry and weekly coordination with the building manager.
The Outcome
All four floors handed over to Grade A specification with no complaints logged by occupying tenants.
