The Challenge
A single-phase new build on a constrained plot with an immovable tenant occupation date and adoptable highway works running in parallel with the superstructure.
Our Approach
We acted as principal contractor and self-delivered the substructure through our groundworks division, allowing the steel frame to follow the slab pour without a subcontractor handover gap.
The Outcome
Practical completion achieved two weeks ahead of the tenant fit-out date, with zero reportable incidents across the programme.
